About New Image Software, Inc
Background
New Image Software has its roots in the field inspection business. Richard Jordan, New Image's founder and CEO, has deep roots in the home inspection and pest control industries having created a national home inspection company with over 3000 inspectors. This led to Rich starting a software company and he has been developing world class software solutions since 1993.
He and his wife Kathy launched New Image as a "virtual company" using cutting edge technology to replace a conventional "bricks and mortar" infrastructure. Their desire to experience the challenge of operating their new company in a paperless format has led to the development of many industry innovations, most of which are incorporated into all their various products. In addition to their flagship product, New Image Paperless Office, they offer products for the home inspection, pest control, field service and environmental industries. New Image has been proud to be paperless since 2003.
Mission Statement
New Image software products combine functions that normally require learning multiple programs, thereby reducing training time, support costs and duplication of effort. These products eliminate the need to purchase commercially printed forms, ink, toner and postage. Most importantly, of all their products significantly reduce labor, enabling most organizations to save thousands of dollars annually.Our mission is to make New Image products the "greenest" and most user friendly software systems available to the business market.
Operations
New Image Software offers its services through its Business Partners. New Image and its Partners offer technical assistance in the area of wireless broadband, device selection, field deployment and business consulting. All New Image products provide online training through comprehensive online videos and state of the art helpdesk tools.
